LIVING-ROOM. Sharing experience in the field of cultural education.
LIVING-ROOM is a project addressed to people responsible for eduction and professional training within the field of intercultural differences. Their needs are subject to constant development along with the variable Polish and European areas of Vocational Training. On the one hand there is a noticeable need of essential vocational educational training among SEMs' employees in the field of culturalism and on the other hand there is a need to create common European ground free from prejudice and xenophobic behaviour. The aim of this project is to inform the participants and show them the experience of Italian multicultural environment, which will enrich the methodology of educating the participants and will allow for the introduction of high standards in this field. Mobile professionals of SMEs from Poland are constructive workforce in the UE Labour Market, and therefore, it is worth taking care of their development in the subject matter involved in the project. The project will result in improving the quality of education with the new experience, tools and methods of vocational training.
